1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stem Split Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Stem Split Studio provides AI-powered audio stem separation using open-source models (Demucs, Spleeter). The Service processes audio files uploaded by users and returns separated audio stems.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only upload and process audio content that you own or have the legal right to modify. You may not:

• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Plans & Billing

Free accounts are limited to 3 separations per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Data & Privacy

Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing and made available for download. Files may be deleted after 30 days. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Stem Split Studio is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
